We are proud sponsors of
At The Inclusivity Group, we strongly believe in giving back to the communities that we work within to make a difference and enrich people’s lives. We do this by providing pro-bono or heavily discounted service provisions and continually offering support and consultancy services, alongside sponsoring various charities, community groups and events. Below are some of the beneficiaries of our support over the last 12 months.
We truly believe in providing quality
As part of our drive to show our clients that we are committed to quality, we hold the International Standard Organisations (ISO) accreditation, ISO 9001 (quality management) and are currently working towards achieving our ICO27001 (information security). We have also achieved the Cyber Essentials quality mark, as part of our commitment to data management and security.
The wellbeing of our staff and supply chain
Established in 2004, Mindful Employer is a UK wide initiative run by Devon Partnership NHS Trust.
The initiative aims to help empower employers to take a lead in supporting the mental wellbeing of their staff and aligns perfectly with our company ethos and goals.
To demonstrate our commitment to supporting the mental wellbeing of our team we have signed the ‘Charter for Employer Positive About Mental Health’ to publicly demonstrate our desire to support the mental health of our staff across the organisation.
All office staff are training to complete the Wellbeing Champion certification. A Wellbeing Champion is someone who, with training and support, voluntarily bring their ability to relate to people and their own life experience to transform health and well-being in their teams. They will help others to enjoy healthier lives by raising awareness of health and healthy choices, sharing health messages, removing barriers and creating supportive networks and environments.
