We are passionate about promoting and ensuring that deaf, disabled and elderly people have full access to all necessary services and feel like valued members of their community.

Our unwavering dedication to quality has driven substantial growth, enabling us to extend our services nationwide. This strategic amalgamation allows us to offer a comprehensive wrap-around service to our valued clients.

We look forward to continuing this journey with a renewed focus on excellence and inclusivity, always putting the individual’s needs at the forefront of everything we do. Thank you for being a part of our story and trusting us to make a positive impact in your lives.

The wellbeing of our staff and supply chain

Established in 2004, Mindful Employer is a UK wide initiative run by Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

The initiative aims to help empower employers to take a lead in supporting the mental wellbeing of their staff and aligns perfectly with our company ethos and goals.

To demonstrate our commitment to supporting the mental wellbeing of our team we have signed the ‘Charter for Employer Positive About Mental Health’ to publicly demonstrate our desire to support the mental health of our staff across the organisation.

All office staff are training to complete the Wellbeing Champion certification. A Wellbeing Champion is someone who, with training and support, voluntarily bring their ability to relate to people and their own life experience to transform health and well-being in their teams. They will help others to enjoy healthier lives by raising awareness of health and healthy choices, sharing health messages, removing barriers and creating supportive networks and environments.
